A little note...
I used to think being a good mum meant having it all together, knowing the answers, staying calm, and juggling everything with a smile.
The truth? Even with my background in the Three Principles, motherhood shook me. I found myself I found myself exhausted, full of doubt, and always trying so hard.
What changed wasn’t a new technique, it was a deeper seeing. I remembered that peace isn't something we learn, it's something we return to.
That we already have what we need within.
Now I parent (and live) from a whole new place. Not perfect, but grounded and more at ease.
I created Peace In Motherhood because every mum deserves to know:
